Product Description Whether you're starting up or starting over, the KitchenAid Hard-Anodized 10-pc. Cookset is the perfect kitchen staple. This metal pot and pan set features hard-base ceramic, nonstick interiors for outstanding food release, durability and scratch resistance and heavy-duty, break-resistant glass lids that sit firmly on the pots and pans. Each piece also features cool grip handles that provide a safe grip.
Amazon.com Review From KitchenAid's Gourmet Essentials line comes this cookware set made of hard-anodized aluminum. Durable, handsomely finished in matte charcoal gray, and known for its exceptional heat distribution and retention properties, hard-anodized cookware is a very popular choice for the home chef. KitchenAid embellishes these pots with stainless-steel handles, riveted for strength and wrapped with cushy, stay-cool silicone grips. The lids, made of break-resistant glass for optimum viewing, also feature silicone-wrapped handles, highly arched to enable easy grasping with a potholder or oven mitt. Both the pans and lids are oven-safe up to 400 degrees F. An excellent value, this 10-piece set consists of the most frequently used kitchen pots and pans and makes a great gift set. The two skillets, measuring 8 and 10 inches in diameter, handle everyday frying and sautéing needs, from eggs-over-easy to grilled cheese sandwiches to fish filets, then crepes for dessert. Three saucepans holding 1, 2, and 3 quarts let you boil a single egg, heat soup, and slow-cook a creamy risotto with wild mushrooms. The larger 6-quart stockpot with two loop handles works admirably for family-sized batches of pasta, chili, soup, and corn-on-the-cob. The nonstick finish releases food quickly and makes clean up by hand a snap. It's best to keep the nonstick cookware out of the dishwasher. KitchenAid covers the set with a one-year, hassle-free replacement warranty. --Ann Bieri What's in the Box 10-piece cookware set. The set consists of: 1-quart covered saucepan; 2-quart covered saucepan; 3-quart covered saucepan; 6-quart covered stockpot; 8-inch skillet; 10-inch skillet. 10 pieces total.

Great pots and pans September 8, 2010 N. Linn (Cola, SC) This is a great set! Nothing sticks to it, and the finish has held up for 2.5 years so far. It's a great variety of sizes too.
Nice product July 29, 2010 Joanne Love this set and am so happy with the lids and the overall quality. I was hoping that the pots were just a bit heavier gauged but I guess I can't have everything. I am storing them with a paper towel between each pan so my chance of scratching them will be nil and have gotten rid of all my metal cooking utensils. I just don't see the need.
never thought cookware would work so well July 18, 2010 Samuel H. Glaser For a guy on his own this is the perfect cookware. Easy to clean and cooks things the way they should be cooked. Heat seems to be evenly distributed. I believe the fit of the also quickens the boiling in the pots. Rivets are sturdy so these pots and pans should last a long time.
Love these pots and pans! July 12, 2010 Mrs. Isis My husband and I just moved and decided we needed to upgrade our pot and pan set. We had bought our previous set at a local retailer for under 30 bucks for the set, needless to say we got what we paid for. My husband wanted a set that didn't stick and something that didn't burn under where the fire hits it and these are all that and more! Nothing sticks and it washes very easily. They aren't too light or too heavy and you can tell from just looking at them that they are good quality. I've never paid so much for a pot and pan set before but it definitely was worth the money! We definitely recommend!
Kitchenaid Houseware June 24, 2010 A. Knutsen (Alaska!) Very easy to wash. Not as thick as I thought they would be, but am still satisfied. Does not require a lot of cooking spray. Overall I enjoy this product.
