I just don't like this product. It is really large , way to large for average roast and we are family of four. All juices collected at the bottom always burn in it because the bottom is to big and it makes the juices to be very shallow & evaporate too fast. Excuse my English, I'm from Poland. The other down side is that the pan is not induction suitable, (magnet don't stick to the bottom), so I can't transfer it to my induction stove to make the gravy. It would be more easy to clean if it wasn't that big.

I have used this pan several times to roast turkey. Large turkeys at that! I have found this product to be very sturdy and easy to clean. The roasting rack is a little harder to clean though. This pan is very verstital and I can't wait to make a large batch of lasagna. This is a great product and worth the money.

This roaster pan is wonderful for roasting chicken, turkey or beef. I also use it for making my famous seven cheese lasagna. You can't go wrong with this item!!

I really like the way Circulon pans are so easy to use and a breeze to clean. That is why I chose this over other brands. It is solidly made, yet not too heavy or cumbersome to work with. Another great Circulon product.
