This is a great non-stick griddle for the price. It heats and cooks evenly, cleans up easy. My only complaint, which seems like a significant design flaw, is that the handles extend out too much and makes it too long to set across the front and rear burners. We end up putting it on at a slight angle to accommodate for it and it makes it awkward.

This is the prettiest and most practical pancake griddle I've ever used. A "one burner size" isn't efficient when one is cooking a tripled batch of homemade pancakes for a bunch of hungry children.
Non-stick is a must when making pancakes, but KitchenAid "kicked it up a notch" by coating the aluminum with enamel. It holds the heat perfectly and because the metal core is aluminum it is not as heavy as my cast iron griddle.
I love this griddle and I hope KitchenAid continues to carry this version for years to come. This is a very important kitchen staple and is always on the stove working for me.
Note: I never turn the heat above 5 when cooking pancakes with this on the gas stove and before I turn the gas on I lightly coat the pan with extra-light virgin olive oil. I use the same procedure when cooking eggs.

Pan works great, used it over two gas burners ,made french toast & pancakes. Very easy to clean nothing sticks to pan.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift (it was on her list). It is a great griddle, makes a whole breakfast at one time, but I was disappointed with the way that it was packaged for shipping. The griddle was put in a (barely big enough) plastic bag, and then placed in a really big box with a tiny bit of packing paper. I feel fortunate that it wasn't damaged in shipment. I wish that it would have been packaged better - otherwise, I am satisfied with the product. It is much easier to use than the cast iron griddles that I was considering.
