These pans are very good quality, heavy duty baking pans. I bought three of these and just used them this past week for carrot cake. They performed very well and I am very pleased with them. My personal experience with Cuisinart has been good and these pans are no exception. They are not quite 2.2" as described in the details, but the height is more than adequate. And for the price, it really cannot be beat.

This is a great product - heavy and thick so it distributes heat evenly, and incredibly non-stick. I sometimes don't even butter it, and I've never had a cake stick to it. I would recommend it to everyone.

I am impressed by the quality of this cake pan. The metal is smooth, durable, and heavy, and my cakes have been baking evenly. (The first time I used them, I didn't use enough butter/flour and my cake got stuck.) I may be a novice baker, but these pans feel like they belong in a professional kitchen.

I bought 3 Cuisinart 9 inch cake pans because I bake many cakes and know how important a quality cake pan is to the end result. I have a Cuisinart Food Processor and love it, so I knew the Cuisinart quality would be the same in the cake pans.
